The N26 banking app has officially launched in the US.

N26 is one of Europe’s fastest growing mobile banks. With a 4.8 rating in the Apple Apps Store, the company is renowned for its sleek design and unbeatable user experience. 

On Friday the company began it’s staged rollout in the US. 100,000 customers from the US waitlist now have full access to the product.

Starting today, you can sign up entirely from your phone in just five minutes. There are no account maintenance fees or minimum balances required.”

N26 had its initial European launch in 2015, since then the company has reached 3.5 million customers, across 24 European markets. The app attracts more than 10,000 new users every day in Europe, mostly through word of mouth.

N26 customers can use the company’s mobile app and debit card to access a range of features, empowering them to take control of their finances. Transactions are displayed in real time in the app, and automatically categorised. Customers can set daily spending limits and lock and unlock their cards, all from the app.

Each N26 account also comes with Spaces; sub-accounts letting people organise and achieve their financial goals. Users can easily deposit and withdraw money from their Spaces with a simple drag and drop.
