16th October 2018, London, UK – After having grown its revenues by 137% since 2016, 8x those reported in 2015 (when the company was founded), Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee engagement platform and UK’s market leader in serving SMEs, is today announcing its expansion into Europe, with first stop France.

With offices in 10 Rue Pergolèse, Paris, Perkbox France is currently building its portfolio of perks with providers such as IKEA, Sephora, FNAC, Decathlon and Zalando, looking to cater for the full spectrum of employee wellbeing – physical, financial and emotional, at an affordable price.

Due to French legal employment obligations, French companies have to provide their staff with mandatory benefits, including health, pension and unemployment benefits, business expenses and paid holidays. Perkbox France’s strategy will initially be centered around sub 250 companies, offering them an additional layer of support.

With this being an almost untapped ground, 450 SMEs have already registered to launch with Perkbox. The company has plans to have 3,000 up and running on the platform by the end of the year and will be expanding further across Europe in the next 12 months.

Saurav Chopra, Co-founder and CEO of Perkbox says:

Our goal is to become the biggest engagement platform worldwide that helps foster the entire employee experience of every company’s staff. Our expansion into France shows our ongoing commitment to achieve this. We have listened to our clients’ demands and are now acting upon them.

“It’s the start of an exciting new phase here at Perkbox, as we launch globally. With a new generation of products going live alongside these expansion plans, it’s not only about location but about delivery. We want to ensure we are offering our customers all the support they need to build happier workplaces.”
