About Andy Champion

Andy’s first professional experience was as an officer in the British Army. After graduating from Sandhurst, he spent three years in Northern Ireland. When he left the Army, sales wasn’t at the top of the list of what he wanted to do. But he loved it. Within five years, he found himself leading sales teams, and being involved in devising and executing go-to-market strategies in the boardroom.

Andy has spent much of the last two decades building high-performance commercial teams across EMEA for high-growth, pre- and post-IPO technology businesses. He thrives in fast-paced organisations that are innovative and disruptive. Andy has led the entry of multiple businesses into new European and International markets, with two IPOs and an acquisition along the way. His greatest passion is to attract and mentor world-class talent within a culture that promotes a deep sense of belonging.
