With lockdown over, Camrose London have taken the opportunity to relaunch with a new website with a stronger user experience. As their development pipeline continues to grow, Camrose London felt the lockdown provided a good opportunity to enhance their digital presence and provide a website to best showcase their new and more historic projects.
Although the COVID-19 lockdown slowed the property market down significantly, Camrose London are feeling extremely optimistic about the future of residential property in both the short and long term, encouraged by the recent announcement from the Chancellor on stamp duty relief.
The recent lockdown didn’t affect Camrose London too greatly as construction continued on all of their projects, with no delays forecast.
Jacob Finestein, part of the sales and marketing team said “it’s a really exciting time for Camrose – we are close to completing our development in Kilburn overlooking the park and we have several new developments under construction. We’re also actively looking at several new land opportunities to add to our existing pipeline.”
