About Dozens

Dozens was founded in 2018 by Aritra Chakravarty, a former HSBC employee. Aritra felt that current banking methods did not benefit the customer the way that they should, and so set out to create a service focused on helping account holders to save and grow their money.

Through its services, Dozens helps its customers to make their money go further than it would with more traditional providers – making it easier to manage your money, and in a smarter way no less, with financial products developed to help customers “maximise” their “money’s potential”.

Through the Dozens app, users are given a complete picture of their finances – including how much money they spend and how on-track you are for long term goals. Some other key features of the app’s services include:

While Dozens isn’t a bank, they are authorised as an e-money institution and an investment firm by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Being registered as both an e-money institution and as an investment firm enables Dozens to offer debit cards as well as current accounts, and unique investment products.
