A Chat with André Picart, Co-Founder at Creative Marketing Agency: Tribera

Tell us about Tribera

On paper, we are a Brummie creative content marketing agency. But, Tribera is so much more than that. We’re an award-winning team that partners with bold brands to shift consumer perceptions, and influence behaviours.

We don’t just build brand reputations, we amplify them with smart strategies, creating work that stands out and delivers clear, quantifiable results.

Creativity, honesty, and collaboration guide us in everything we do – and we make sure that fun is always part of the process – ensuring our work is not only effective, but something we’re proud of.

How did you come up with the idea for the company?

Tribera came about because we saw a gap in the market. There were creative agencies and digital agencies, but not many that could seamlessly combine brand strategy with performance marketing in an agile way. My co-founder Fran is a brand whizz, and I like to think of myself as a digital expert – so, we sought to fill that gap together – and that’s what sets us apart.

We take even the most ordinary briefs and turn them into stories that not only engage, but also deliver measurable, impactful results. That’s been the driving force behind what we do.

What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?

First of all, keep an open mind, and don’t let yourself be restricted by what’s already been done – or by other people’s successes and failures. This is where real innovation happens – when you stay curious and open to new ideas.

Secondly, find the right people to surround yourself with. A business can succeed or fall short based on the vision of its founder, but the right team will hold you accountable and push you to do better.

And, don’t be afraid of failure – it’s part of the journey. Most successes come from lessons learned through failure. So, don’t see it as a setback, but as part of the path forward.

Finally, stick to your vision. The road will be tough, and there will be setbacks, but staying true to what you believe in will help you navigate through any challenge.

What most excites you about Tribera?

What excites me the most is how we’ve managed to combine the scale and credibility of large network agencies with the creativity and agility of a challenger business.

We’ve got the best of both worlds, and that allows us to push boundaries. Nothing feels out of reach, and the innovation we bring to the table means we can continue delivering exceptional results. And the fact that big brands and influential people are getting behind our vision is incredibly rewarding.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

Over the last few years, creative strategy has become an even bigger part of what we do. We’ve been able to tell stories across a broad range of channels, even those that are not traditionally known for creative content, and this has driven massive growth
for us.

Over the past 12-months, we’ve onboarded strategists, content creators, and videographers, and even set up our own in-house studio for podcasting and cinematography. Our creative offering has immensely grown, making sure the content we create works – no matter where it’s seen.

What can we hope to see from Tribera in the future?

We’ve got some big plans ahead. We’re planning to launch our own academy to train entrepreneurs, executives, and brand professionals to help them supercharge their careers. Tomorrow’s success will be achieved by today’s talent, and we are very excited to be inspiring future generations at the very start of their journeys.

We’re also working on developing our own tech IP to take our unique approach to storytelling and creativity global. And we’re not stopping there – we’re looking to launch our own brands into the market too.

Tribera is continuing to grow and push forward in a spectacular fashion – and I’m genuinely excited to see what the next 12 months brings.
