Biscuiteers is the original hand-iced biscuit gift company which was launched in 2007 and has created a whole new sector in the luxury gifting market. We have revolutionised the UK gifting industry with our concept of post-able biscuits for all life’s important occasions, from birthdays, weddings and new babies, to seasonal events including Halloween, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. We also have a rapidly expanding corporate business, creating bespoke biscuits for businesses for product launches, employee engagement and loyalty gifting.
All our biscuits are hand-iced at the Ministry of Biscuits in Wimbledon – all 3 million of them! Biscuits are sold directly online ready to be sent around the world, as well as being available to buy in retailers including Selfridge’s, Hamley’s, Conran and Harvey Nichols, and at the Royal Palaces. We also have two icing cafes in Belgravia and Notting Hill.
How did you come up with the idea for the company?
We saw a gap in the food gifting market alongside flowers and chocolates – it felt like there was space for another more unique, personalised solution.
We were inspired by some iced biscuits we saw in a New York deli and thought that they would be perfect for our gifting service – post-able, long shelf life, brilliantly flexible in design terms and delicious! Back in 2007 we also had all the benefits of bringing a completely new idea to market.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
As you might expect the business grew enormously during COVID, from people treating themselves to little gifts in order to brighten up their day, or people sending presents to loved ones that they weren’t able to see in person.
As a result, we have spent the last year investing in our manufacturing and operations to help us scale for further growth. In 2021 we opened our second Icing Café in Belgravia and we have also just launched a new Biscuiteers App for our loyal customers.
What can we hope to see from Biscuiteers in the future?
We are about to launch our first US site and are planning to target more overseas customers with fulfilment from the UK. In November we will launch our first ever TV advert which we are very excited about.
