Formed in 2019, POPX was started by a small team of MSP service specialists who believed that delivering exceptional customer service is key to the survival of managed service providers.
Industry experience has taught us the imperative for systems and data to be integrated, allowing workflows & processes to be streamlined and automated. However, many businesses were falling short in their digital transformation journey and struggling to deploy the industry leading service management platform; ServiceNow.
