JustTip is a contactless tipping platform designed to save businesses time and money, as well as providing staff with a digital alternative for tips in an increasingly cashless society. Founded in Ireland in 2021 by James Fahy and Ciara Walsh, the platform is now used in over 500 businesses across Ireland and the UK, with over 12k hospitality staff now paid out on our platform weekly and over €3 million in tips processed.

We bring hospitality businesses in line with the latest tipping legislation, both in Ireland and the UK.
We save businesses money on NIC (or PRSI in Ireland) by keeping tips separate from the business bank account and paying them directly to staff through our platform, so that they are not pushed through payroll and subject to the employer tax liability.
We save the businesses time spent on admin- they no longer need to manually separate and divide the tips through payroll.
We provide a digital alternative to cash tips in an increasingly cashless society, increasing tip income for workers and improving staff retention.
The company offers three main products at the moment: Qr codes, which allow customers to leave a tip using their smartphone, JustTip Fixed, a counter-top machine allowing customers to tip a fixed amount in seconds using their card or phone, and the JustTip Flex, a portable, hand-held machine designed for restaurants and table service that allows customers to select their tip amount and leave it alongside their bill.
The company has seen exponential growth over its three years of operations, particularly in the last year. Now a team of 12, we are growing steadily in the UK market and continuously improving the solutions we provide. We are continuously working on tech integrations and updates to expand the Just brand and improve hospitality tech through innovation.
