We have undergone significant evolution at IMMO, marked by significant technological advancements and an expansion of its product offerings.
To accelerate our product development and engineering initiatives, we established a state-of-the-art offshore technology hub in Chennai, India. This strategic move taps into a rich talent pool and underscores our commitment to building industry-leading PropTech solutions.
We have also been investing in and adopting emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, and digital-first products backed by data. These advancements have enabled us to broaden our scope from our initial offerings to an integrated suite of end-to-end solutions. Our services now span research, market intelligence, acquisitions, property management, and smart home technology.
Finally, we’ve emphasised leveraging data from various sources to generate actionable insights, automate processes, and facilitate data-driven decisions in pricing, marketing, and investments.
