What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Firstly, adopt the mindset of a lab technician – form a hypothesis, run experiments, test outcomes, iterate, and repeat.
Secondly, prioritise action over perfection.
And thirdly, even when things are toughest, consistently take the time to look after yourself. You can’t win this race and stay sane without this discipline.
