10 Funding Rounds To Know About in September 2025

As summer comes to an end, September 2025 has been a busy period for funding announcements.

This month, billions of dollars have been raised by companies looking to tackle the next big thing in robotics, AI, biotechnology and more.

But the interesting thing about September’s roundup isn’t the diversity of ideas, it’s also the diversity of investments.

Whilst some companies are raising billions, others are raising less than £1.5 million. This shows huge investor appetite for companies of all sizes.

But this month’s roundup is also a reminder that AI isn’t the only thing turning heads. Companies are also investing in important areas like healthcare and the environment, including areas like de-extinction.

So, let’s take a look at the companies that investors have backed this month.
