About Clarity
We started about two years ago under the name Anecdote. Back then, we were focused mainly on being a voice-of-the-customer platform. Basically, we pulled in feedback from places like Intercom, surveys, social media, and reviews, then used NLP models to analyze it and share insights with product and customer experience teams.
Last week, with our Series A launch, we reintroduced ourselves as Clarity. Clarity is now a three-in-one customer experience platform. It brings together customer support, voice of the customer, and AI agents. This way, support, product, and CX leaders can both solve customer issues and analyze that data to understand the root problems. The goal is to close the feedback loop so fewer issues come up over time and the product keeps improving.
We started out global, but we’ve now made London our home base as we grow our go-to-market teams. It’s been exciting to bring on new customers like OpenAI, Grubhub, Calo, and Booking.com.
