We identified and now fill a key gap in the market. Previously enterprises had to choose between VARs who added little value or large service integrators who offered value but at a punitive cost. As a UK-based cybersecurity specialist offering comprehensive protection across all attack surfaces, we now offer the best of both. Our clients include blue chip, FTSE and global brands across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, media, entertainment, education and travel, as well as highly regulated industries such as CNI, financial services and utilities. We even have a uranium client.
The recent high-profile attacks we’ve seen this year are all long-tail attacks that have taken two, three or four months to carry out. To detect these it’s necessary to adopt a paranoid security monitoring posture – a concept unique to Cybanetix. This approach, adopted by our SOC team, involves capturing more than ten times the usual volume of events and alerts by utilising automation, AI and machine learning to analyse the data for patterns and anomalies. Armed with the telemetry and the time trail of the attack, we’re able to detect, investigate, and remediate the threat more effectively. We also continually question and test the system as opposed to relying on predetermined parameters, which marks us out as most SOCs don’t perform that ongoing validation.
Earlier this year, we launched the Cybanetix Reporting Engine (CRE), a dynamic reporting portal for MDR customers that aggregates security incidents, posture and tooling data into a single interactive interface. This provides real-time reporting on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis that can be tailored to the business and even enable board-level reporting directly from the platform.
