What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Solve a real, persistent problem and obsess over execution. In travel, language and scale often get in the way of great experiences. By tackling those hurdles, you create lasting value. Invest as much in logistics and reliability as you do in ideas. Stay curious, but stay true to your purpose. Let new tools serve the story and the customer, not the other way round.
What most excites you about Vox Group?
What excites me is that we never sit still. We learn and adapt with our partners, pairing rock-solid operations with purposeful technology and always looking a step ahead. Our business development teams act as an extension of our partners’ workforce, working side by side to shape solutions that fit their operation and goals. We build what our partners tell us they need. That partnership mindset is what sets us apart.
How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
We have grown from being known mainly for group-guiding radios to a wider provider of guiding solutions. The headline is Vox Aura, our AI-powered device that delivers live, simultaneous translation in more than 50 languages and integrates fully with our radio systems. Alongside Aura, we have strengthened POPGuide for self-guided exploration and expanded our multilingual tools, destination data and city-pass capabilities. We have also invested in best-in-class operations and logistics, ensuring partners receive our technology on time, in over 150 countries, with devices pre-programmed and ready to use straight out of the box. What has not changed is our focus on quality, reliability and trusted relationships.
Equally important is how we have grown as a team, with balanced leadership because different perspectives deliver better results. Over the last year we have welcomed senior women leaders and promoted women into key roles across regions. This is not about quotas; it is about balance, strong leadership and giving talent room to thrive. We are proud of that progress.
What can we hope to see from Vox Group in the future?
As Vox approaches its 25th anniversary in 2026, we will keep building with and for our partners. You can expect a steady flow of practical new features across Vox Aura, POPGuide and our radios: broader language coverage, easier deployment at scale, stronger integrations with partners’ systems and tools that simplify daily operations. Our roadmap is shaped by real use cases and a clear focus on reliability, inclusion and simplicity. In short, we will keep making guided travel easier and more meaningful, one conversation, one translation at a time.
