Eton Solutions was founded by Robert Mallernee, now the company CEO, while he was running his own multi-family office. He was searching for a single technology that could meet all the needs of his firm across accounting, reporting, tax, document management and other core functions, but quickly realized that no such system existed. Instead, family offices were stitching together multiple point solutions that could not communicate with one another. To address this gap, he began building a platform that could support every part of his family office. After several years, the solution grew into a standalone company and is now used by wealth managers around the world.
AtlasFive is the core platform that enables wealth managers to centralize entity management, portfolio management, fund accounting, transaction processing, document storage and more in a single system. This creates a single source of truth that shows families their net worth in real time and allows them to drill into every layer of their finances to make informed investment decisions. Instead of relying on disconnected systems and 90-day retrospective reports, families can now make decisions using real-time data.
This data-rich foundation powers EtonAI. EtonAI integrates directly into wealth manager workflows to automate the manual processes that take up most of their time, from onboarding new entities to bill pay, month-end reconciliations, tax processing and more. The technology can process more than 250 types of documents, conduct investment research, manage and analyze portfolios and streamline hundreds of operational tasks. Firms gain significant efficiency, enabling teams to focus on higher-value work rather than administrative tasks. EtonAlpha extends the platform to individuals with $15 million or more in assets, giving them a daily view of their net worth directly on their phone. Users can interact with their wealth through natural language, making it easy to ask questions and explore different aspects of their finances.
Additionally, Eton Solutions recently launched a new product, EtonAxis, which is a purpose-built tool designed for the unique needs of the funds industry.
Earlier this year, Eton Solutions closed a $58 million Series C funding round led by Navis Capital Partners. Over the past decade, the company has invested more than $50 million into developing its core platform and new product offerings.
