Please tell us about yourself and Captjur
I’m Bob Bilbruck, the CEO of Captjur, and I’ve been fortunate enough to be at the helm of a company that’s focused on driving innovation and creating value in the startup and technology space. Captjur is a unique organization that bridges the gap between startups, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
We work with a diverse range of industries – from fintech to healthcare, AI to sustainability – helping them scale and navigate the complexities of commercialization. Our aim is to empower founders and executives to scale their ventures successfully while making a meaningful impact on the world.

Captjur works across a wide range of industries and technologies. What excites you most about the current startup landscape?
What excites me most right now is how quickly innovation is happening across so many different sectors. There’s a convergence of technologies like AI, blockchain, and IoT that are opening up new frontiers, not only in terms of business opportunities but also in the potential to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
I’m particularly excited about the ways these technologies are democratizing access to resources – whether that’s healthcare, education, or financial services. I’ve always believed in the power of disruptive thinking, and the current landscape is ripe for game-changers who want to make a positive, lasting impact.
What do you think sets Captjur apart from other organizations working in the startup and innovation space?
I think what sets Captjur apart is our deep commitment to building sustainable, long-term partnerships with the startups we work with. We don’t just offer funding or advisory services; we focus on creating customized strategies that are tailored to each startup’s specific needs and challenges. We’re hands-on in our approach – guiding them through the product development lifecycle, helping with market entry strategies, and connecting them to key industry players who can really move the needle.
There’s a lot of talk about innovation, but at Captjur, we’re focused on execution. Our team is deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem, and we have the technical and strategic expertise to help founders turn their ideas into successful, scalable businesses.
As CEO, what has been the most surprising lesson you’ve learned while growing Captjur so far?
The most surprising lesson for me has been the importance of flexibility and adaptability. In the early days of Captjur, I had a very clear vision of how we would grow and what success would look like. But I quickly learned that the startup world is constantly changing, and you have to be willing to pivot and adapt to new challenges as they arise.
Whether it’s a shift in market dynamics, changes in technology, or evolving customer needs, being able to stay nimble and responsive has been one of the most crucial factors in our success. It’s also about being patient and understanding that growth often takes longer than you expect – but with persistence, the right strategy, and the right team, it always pays off.

Looking ahead, what’s your vision for Captjur over the next few years? Where do you want the company to grow or focus next?
Looking ahead, my vision for Captjur is to continue scaling our impact by helping even more startups and emerging technologies reach their full potential. We’re already looking at expanding our presence globally – particularly in markets where innovation is beginning to take off, like Southeast Asia, Africa, and parts of Europe.
I’m also excited about deepening our focus on sustainable and socially responsible technologies, as I believe that the next wave of innovation will be driven by solutions that address environmental and social challenges. Over the next few years, we’ll also continue to expand our network of partners, collaborators, and experts so that we can provide even more value to the startups we work with.
If you could give one piece of advice to early-stage founders entering the startup scene today, what would it be?
My advice would be to focus on building strong relationships early on. The startup journey can be incredibly challenging, and you’re going to need a network of people – mentors, advisors, potential customers, partners, and even fellow founders—to lean on and help you navigate the ups and downs.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help, and don’t feel like you have to have all the answers. Surround yourself with people who believe in your vision and stay humble enough to learn from them. Additionally, be prepared for the long haul – startup success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes grit, perseverance, and the ability to keep pushing forward even when the road gets tough.
Thanks
