“We’re building the UK’s most forward-thinking dental brand — where cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics meets luxury, precision and digital innovation.”
Tell us about Face Teeth Smile Dental Clinics
Face Teeth Smile isn’t just a clinic — it’s a dental brand. One that merges cutting-edge digital dentistry with aesthetic excellence and five-star service. Based in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire, and now expanding to Amersham, our aim is to completely redefine the patient experience.
We offer a full suite of cosmetic and restorative dental services — from Invisalign® and composite bonding to porcelain veneers and implants — but it’s how we deliver them that sets us apart.
We’ve created a space that feels more like a luxury boutique than a dental practice. Every detail, from scent and lighting to team training and tech integration, has been designed to put patients at ease and deliver outstanding outcomes — efficiently, comfortably and beautifully.
How did you come up with the idea for the company?
I spent over a decade working in dentistry, and while the clinical standards were often high, the patient experience rarely matched. I knew there was a better way.
Face Teeth Smile was born from the belief that modern patients don’t want cold, clinical environments or confusing treatment plans. They want results — but they also want clarity, convenience, and confidence in their care. That’s why we created something more than just a clinic — we built a brand with purpose, personality, and performance at its core.

What most excites you about your industry?
Dentistry is no longer just about fixing problems — it’s about enhancing lives. The digital revolution in our field means that what used to take weeks can now happen in a single day. That excites me.
It’s also the merging of disciplines — dentistry and aesthetics, design and medicine, wellness and technology. We’re in an era where patients are highly informed, and they want more than treatment — they want an experience.
We get to play a role in helping people look and feel their best, often in ways they never thought possible. That impact is incredibly fulfilling.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome along the way?
Scaling something that looks effortless is never easy.
We were committed from day one to delivering the best — not just clinically, but emotionally and visually. That meant investing heavily upfront: in technology, design, systems and training. We didn’t want to cut corners or grow too fast without a strong foundation.
Our first year brought rapid growth, but also growing pains — managing demand, refining workflows, maintaining consistency. But by staying close to our brand values and listening to our patients, we’ve built something incredibly strong and scalable.
What is your number one piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Don’t just build a business — build a brand. A brand creates emotional connection, inspires loyalty, and earns trust before a customer even walks through your door.
Every detail matters: your tone, your visual identity, your team culture, your digital presence. These are not afterthoughts — they are the business.
And once you have that clarity, invest boldly. In people. In infrastructure. In tech. If you want to lead, you can’t afford to follow the same outdated playbook.
What can we hope to see from Face Teeth Smile in the future?
We’re already growing fast. Due to huge patient demand and a strong local reputation, we’re excited to be opening a second location in Amersham — bringing the Face Teeth Smile experience to an even wider audience.
In just our first year, we turned over seven figures, and we’re on track to double that within our first three years of trading. But for us, growth is never just about revenue — it’s about reach, reputation and results.
Looking ahead, we’ll continue to expand our in-house digital capabilities, elevate our aesthetic offering, and develop our presence as a premium brand that blends clinical innovation with luxury-level care.
Our goal? To become the go-to name in British cosmetic dentistry and advanced facial aesthetics — known for delivering exceptional results, faster, smarter, and more beautifully than anyone else.
