In November, we held our annual two-day gathering , which is always a wonderful opportunity to catch up with the team and meet new arrivals. It’s the only time of the year where we all get together company-wide, in person. For some, apart from video calls, the team haven’t met one another previously.
In 2025 we celebrated our 10th birthday, so it was fantastic to get the teams together under the same roof to discuss the company and its future and to socialise.
We continued to add prestigious clients from a wide range of sectors to our client list, as well as trusted partners to complement our service offerings from other financial disciplines.
What Are Your Strategic Priorities for 2026, and How Do You Plan To Build On Your Current Momentum?
To be the premier UK accountancy firm for global businesses, by demonstrating industry standard excellence in the UK market entry and expansion. We also want to deepen our relationship with clients, to work closely with them as they grow. Whether that’s guiding them through the process of hiring new talent, understanding their financing options or dealing with the inevitable red tape that comes as their business grows, we want to be with them every step of the way.
What Can We Look Forward To Seeing from Paul Beare Limited in 2026?
Well, the usual excellent client service, but I think this year will also see us look to further develop our already extensive service offering. We’ll do that by staying plugged in to the market to see how the economy and landscape is evolving, but most importantly, we’ll be listening to our clients to make sure we’re keeping up with their changing needs.
