About Adrienn Major
Adrienn Major is a female founder redefining how post-production for the creative advertising industry operates through technology, artificial intelligence, and globally connected talent. She launched POD LDN in 2020 with a clear vision to modernise an industry that had been slow to adapt to digital transformation, remote collaboration, and data led creative workflows.
After leaving her native Budapest to study film and production in London, Adrienn’s career began working in agencies across multiple areas of the production pipeline. This gave her a full view of the inefficiencies, rising costs and fragmented communication that limited both creativity and speed in advertising workflows. Recognising that emerging cloud infrastructure, automation tools and AI assisted workflows could transform delivery, she started POD LDN as a technology enabled post-production model designed for scale, transparency, and flexibility. Her idea was to offer a hybrid, on-demand model, that allows clients to scale up or down easily by tapping into a network of freelancers at a flat day rate.
What began as a side venture quickly demonstrated commercial demand, leading her to leave creative agency AMV BBDO and focus entirely on building the startup. However, starting a new business during a pandemic and period of global uncertainty presented significant challenges. Remote working infrastructure, shifting client budgets and rapid advances in generative technology required constant adaptation. Adrienn navigated these pressures by embedding experimentation into the company culture, investing early in cloud based collaboration, AI supported editing and asset management, and smart workflow automation that reduced turnaround times while maintaining creative quality.
As a female founder in a traditionally male-dominated technological sector, she also faced barriers to visibility and investment, which she overcame through consistent delivery, strong client partnerships and measurable growth. Five years after launch, POD LDN has developed into a high growth, technology-driven production partner delivering more than 500 projects each year across 12 countries. The business achieved 43.6 percent annual growth to 2024 and supports major global brands including PepsiCo, Global, Wayfair, McArthur Glen, OnRunning, Beko, and the Premier League.
Adrienn now leads a core team of 15 specialists alongside a distributed network of more than 1500 freelance creatives connected through a scalable digital infrastructure and unified workflow system. She actively promotes responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in creative environments, encouraging transparency, ethical data use, and inclusive upskilling across the sector.
Her impact on the industry extends beyond commercial success and is reflected in her industry recognition, including a place on the shortlists for both Campaign Magazine’s Inspiring Women Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Female Boss Power List.
