As co-founder of SnapnSave, South Africa’s leading cashback platform, she helped scale the business into a nationally recognised consumer brand and was later acknowledged as a Top Female Founder by the UK government. This early experience shaped her ability to build brands from the ground up and align marketing directly with revenue growth.

In financial services, Tina has consistently led organisations through complex transformation. Most recently, she directed the full marketing and communications strategy behind the merger of Intix and NetGuardians to create Vyntra. This was more than a rebrand and was the creation of a new identity and narrative within a competitive and technically complex market.
