About FirmFox
FirmFox is changing how companies are launched and run in the UAE, turning a process that usually means a dozen agents and a stack of spreadsheets into one digital platform. It is often described as the first fully digital business setup platform in the country, and it covers the full life of a business, from the first licence decision through every visa, renewal and compliance task that follows.
Headquartered in Dubai and licensed on the mainland by the Department of Economy and Tourism, FirmFox was built around a problem familiar to anyone who has set up here. Forming a company is the easy part. What follows is years of fragmented work across free zones and government counters, with unclear costs, documents lost in email, and no single view of what is due when.
FirmFox closes that gap. Before a company forms, it compares free zone, mainland and offshore options side by side and separates government fees from service fees, so founders see the real cost before they commit. It issues a licence within 35 days of a complete application. Once a business is live, the same platform tracks visas, expiries, fines and Emiratization targets in real time, with a clean audit trail for every government interaction.
That model is already working. FirmFox operates across every jurisdiction in the UAE, mainland and free zone alike, and has set up and supported companies ranging from early-stage founders to a regional entity for the global trading platform Capital.com, across industries from fintech and capital markets to publishing, consultancy and e-commerce. Its founder, Asma AlQaseer, was named among the Top 100 Women of the Future in the UAE and selected for the inaugural Sharjah Women Impact Fellowship by Sheraa, under the patronage of Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi.
The platform is now scaling. FirmFox has launched a subscription model that gives founders a multi-entity dashboard, a document vault and unlimited users on one monthly plan, replacing one-off project fees with infrastructure that grows with them. It is building AI-driven automation into the platform to handle routine processing and compliance checks, and is expanding its sales, technology and operations teams to support that growth.
Its impact reaches beyond its own clients. FirmFox was recently selected by Hub71, the Abu Dhabi startup ecosystem backed by Mubadala, to support its founders, and was chosen to represent the UAE as part of the national delegation at GITEX Europe 2026 in Berlin, led by the Ministry of Economy. Every company it helps launch adds to the entrepreneurial base the region is building its future on.
Asma AlQaseer started FirmFox with a simple goal, drawing on a background in finance and board leadership: to make starting a business in the UAE easier, faster and more transparent for entrepreneurs and investors. That is still the work, and FirmFox is building the corporate infrastructure layer the region has been missing.
