Meet The Startups Crowdfunding w/c 12.10.2026

This article does not constitute financial advice and is designed for information purposes only.

It’s a new week with a new round of startups pitching themselves to the public. You’ve got an award-winning CBD soda brand, a marketplace designed for sellers to keep more with 0% seller fees and a platform helping people to understand their wellbeing patterns over time while maintaining privacy.

There’s plenty of variety this week and for these startups in particular, crowdfunding is a way to fund their next steps. Aside from the financial aspect, it’s also a great way for founders to gauge interest and build a following early on.

So, who are the ambitious startups crowdfunding this week? Here they are.

Having something to refer back to can also make it easier to explain those experiences in a conversation with healthcare professionals. While it’s not intended to offer a diagnosis or replace professional care, the focus is on helping people understand their own experiences.

About: Gemsza is a marketplace where sellers can choose an auction or buy now price with no seller fees so buyers pay a premium at checkout while sellers keep their asking price.

The platform also offers AI tools that turn uploaded photos into titles and descriptions for sellers to check before publishing, which comes in handy if there is a lot to list – that often ends up putting people off entirely. It’s intended to offer an alternative to familiar names like Vinted and eBay but ensuring that sellers receive the full amount they’re asking for with no surprise charges.

How much are they raising: £30,000

Website: N/A

SEIS/EIS? N/A

About: Curcle is a platform being developed for communities to bring residents together around specific issues that they want their MP to address.

The app combines a local community feed with a way to raise shared concerns, allowing residents to post an issue and gather support from verified constituents. Once there’s enough backing, the concern goes to their MP as a single submission showing how many residents are being affected, with space for a public response. Given that there’s often so many conversations that happen without ever reaching someone who can help, the aim is to make local priorities easier to see and follow up.
