About Goho

Goho is a London-based boutique PR, marketing and events agency founded in March 2019 by Stacey-Rebekka Karlsson, starting with one laptop and a vision to create a more personal, creative and connected agency model. Today, Goho works with organisations ranging from startups and SMEs to international brands across technology, hospitality, food and drink, associations and consumer sectors.

One of the biggest challenges came almost immediately. Less than a year after launch, Covid 19 brought live events to a standstill. Rather than retreat, Goho adapted, expanding its PR and digital marketing capabilities. That resilience helped shape the integrated communications agency Goho is today.

Goho challenges the traditional separation between PR, marketing and events. Campaigns are built so that earned media, social content, influencer activity and live experiences reinforce one another, giving clients an integrated service without the layers of a large agency.

The impact is measurable. For the Ice Cream Alliance, Goho secured 70 pieces of coverage and 1.99 million estimated views. For Tasty African Food, Goho generated 50 pieces of coverage in one year, including the New York Times, The Grocer and Time Out London, with 612,000 estimated views. A campaign for Tattoodo achieved 16 features and an estimated audience reach of 216 million, while work for Out and Wild Festival contributed to a 50 per cent increase in ticket sales.

Goho also builds the profiles of founders and industry leaders. For Aces High founder Jo Living, the team secured coverage in the Financial Times and a dedicated interview in Computer Weekly. For Patrick Young of PRS IN VIVO, Goho secured opportunities across The Grocer, Retail Destination, The Sun and other trade and consumer media, helping position him as a voice on shopper behaviour, research and retail trends.

Sustainability is another area where Goho has sought to influence the wider industry. In 2025, TechRound ranked Goho number 41 in its Sustainability60. In 2026, Goho published original research based on 154 UK marketing, events and PR professionals, highlighting the gap between sustainability ambitions and industry practice.

Goho has also been recognised for its people and work. Stacey-Rebekka Karlsson was named Event Producer of the Year at the 2026 Conference News Agency Awards, while Goho won Employer of the Year at the 2025 Women’s Business Awards.

Seven years after launch, Goho remains intentionally boutique, combining senior expertise, agility and personal service with evidence that a small agency can deliver national and international impact.
