About Concrete Media

Concrete Media is a PR agency based in Israel that secures top-tier international coverage for some of the most dynamic tech companies in the world. Founded originally in 2014 as WestRay Communications, the firm rebranded in 2023 as Concrete Media to reflect its mission: securing consistent, impactful media results and delivering real value to clients by avoiding unnecessary busy work.

Over the course of more than a decade, Concrete has worked with over 100 clients, securing thousands of pieces of coverage in outlets like The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, TechCrunch, Forbes, Fortune, VentureBeat, and dozens of other leading mainstream business, tech and industry publications. Multiple clients have reached unicorn status and/or been acquired by some of the world’s most respected companies, including two clients acquired by NVIDIA in the last two years.

Concrete Media proudly boasts many of Israel’s hottest startups as clients. Each year, Calcalist – often described as the Wall Street Journal of Israel – ranks the 50 Most Promising Israeli Startups. In 2026, 11 of those 50 were Concrete Media clients, including 6 of the top 12. Over the years, this type of recognition has been the rule rather than the exception – an impressive accomplishment especially given the fact that Concrete has remained a boutique firm with a modest and dedicated team serving an extremely select group of hand-picked clients.

Despite the fact that many of its clients are based in Israel, Concrete Media has built the relationships and technical fluency needed to earn founders and their companies a place in the world’s leading publications. Competing with many larger and older agencies based in the same cities as the journalists and editors they are working with, Concrete has consistently broken geographical boundaries, often working across ten hour time zones, and proving that those limitations are no match for PR hustlers sharing compelling stories.

For technical founders, long-form audio has become one of the most credible ways to reach engineers and buyers directly. Alongside traditional media relations, the agency has built a dedicated podcast pitching function that has placed clients on hundreds of top podcasts, such as the TWIML AI Podcast with Sam Charrington, The Stack Overflow Podcast, and Software Engineering Daily, reaching millions of listeners across a range of target audiences – from investors and entrepreneurs to software engineers and lay people.

The agency also leverages high-profile awards as a strategic channel for companies to raise their global profile. In the past year alone, Concrete Media clients have won recognition from Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, Inc. Best in Business, the Newsweek AI Impact Awards, the AI Breakthrough Awards, the SiliconANGLE Tech Innovation CUBEd Awards and TechRound AI45.

Though the media and tech landscapes have changed dramatically since the firm was founded, Concrete Media’s overarching goal remains unchanged: provide optimal value to help companies that have built something remarkable tell their stories to the world.
