About Nexthink

Nexthink is the leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management, using agentic AI to give IT teams real-time visibility into how more than 25 million employees worldwide experience their digital workplace. The company exists to remove the friction that stops people doing their best work. That work no longer happens in offices, it lives in the devices, applications and networks employees rely on every day, and when any of it fails, work stops. Employees face up to 14 digital disruptions a week and the average enterprise loses around 470,000 productive hours a year to avoidable tech issues, the equivalent of 226 full-time employees.

Founded in 2004 in Switzerland, Nexthink created the DEX category and now works with some of the biggest organisations in the world, including Best Buy, Toyota and Paddy Power. Today, agentic AI sits at the heart of its platform, continuously analysing billions of real-time signals across devices, applications and networks to detect, diagnose and resolve IT issues before employees notice them. This moves IT from reactive firefighting to proactive, strategic work that boosts productivity across the workforce.

Nexthink’s latest innovation, Spark, is a personal AI agent for every employee. Spark draws on real-time endpoint data and IT-approved automation to fix issues instantly, without tickets and before work is impacted. Unlike traditional virtual agents that primarily route or log tickets, Spark is designed to resolve issues at first contact. In fact, Spark has a 77% first contact resolution rate, more than five times the industry average of 15%.

The company now serves more than 1,500 enterprise customers globally. In October 2025, Vista Equity Partners’ majority investment in Nexthink valued the business at approximately $3 billion, providing a clear endorsement of DEX’s strategic importance and Nexthink’s leadership of the category.

Dual-headquartered in Lausanne and Boston, with nine offices worldwide, Nexthink is now supporting organisations as they introduce AI across their workforce. Many firms are grappling with shadow AI, uneven adoption and rising employee expectations, meaning Nexthink’s visibility-led approach is the foundation that makes the rest of the AI workplace possible.

In a world where the speed of business depends on the quality of the digital experience, Nexthink makes IT the enabler of progress, not the roadblock.
