About Romanie and Juggle
Having worked in executive headhunting for a number of years, Romanie became increasingly frustrated with the lack of female representation, and especially at the executive leadership level.
For Romanie, flexibility was always such a natural answer to attracting and retaining women into leadership roles and there was an increasing demand for more flexibility across all departments and industries. So she created Juggle. Romanie wanted to combine the mission of gender diversity with flexible working.
Powered by AI, the platform connects startups and scale-ups with experienced, pre-vetted professionals who want to work more flexibly. Juggle specialises in supporting small and rapidly growing businesses by connecting them to the right talent.
A flexible solution allows their customers to choose from a much more diverse candidate pool and 65% of their placements are women. Juggle also uses AI-smart matching to speed up the hiring process – their average time to hire is 1 week (vs an industry average of 1 month).
Romanie’s mission is rooted in gender diversity – we want to see women represented 50:50 in business leadership and we believe access to flexible leadership roles for women (and men) is what will drive systemic change.
This year Romanie and her team want to establish their selves as the leading flexible working platform and continue to grow their GMV by 30% month-on-month. They have 700 businesses signed up so far and they want to grow that five-fold over the next 6 months and expand into new sectors.
