Tell Us About Wayfound
Wayfound is the world’s first AI Agent supervision platform designed to help non-technical business owners supervise, evaluate, and optimise the performance of all their AI Agents. We make AI agent oversight accessible to business and product owners, not just engineering teams, shifting supervision from a technical bottleneck to a shared business capability.
AI agents are embedding themselves into workplace processes faster than anyone expected, from customer support to financial services to software development. But companies are deploying agents with outdated software monitoring approaches when these systems behave more like unpredictable humans than pre-programmed technology. This creates what the industry recognises as a $1.3 trillion problem of AI agent sprawl and a lack of proper supervision.
Our “AI Supervisor” captures and analyses every Agent interaction and activity, assesses how well Agents are performing, and suggests improvements in near real-time through a single-pane observability dashboard. We help align Agents with company values, brand messaging, and restrictions, ensuring every interaction meets business goals. Our innovative OKR framework and Performance Reviews evaluate Agent effectiveness with real-time feedback loops, tracking usage, identifying improvement areas, and driving behavior optimisation.
We’re the leading “Guardian Agent” platform, a category that Gartner predicts will become essential as 15% of day-to-day work decisions get made autonomously by agents by 2028. Our platform prevents failures before they reach customers rather than reacting after damage is done, enabling agents to learn from collective history instead of isolated sessions. Whether your Agents are built in-house, developed with external tools, or purchased from third-party vendors, Wayfound is your central hub ensuring they deliver consistent, business-relevant outcomes at scale.

What Gap Has Wayfound Filled In the Market?
The gap we’ve filled is the massive disconnect between how AI agents behave and how companies are trying to manage them. Enterprise leaders are stuck in an impossible situation. They had AI agents that act and operate more like humans than traditional software, but no management infrastructure designed for that reality.
Before Wayfound, companies had two bad options. They could use traditional software monitoring tools built for deterministic code, which completely miss the point of how AI agents learn, adapt, and evolve. Or they could try manual oversight, which doesn’t scale when you have agents completing thousands of interactions and generating millions of sessions. Neither approach works for the multisapiens workplace where humans and AI agents work side by side.
Wayfound has filled said gap by building the first platform specifically designed to manage AI agents the way you manage human teams. Our customers now have centralised oversight across all their agents, regardless of platform, real-time supervision that prevents failures before they reach customers, and automated performance reviews that make every agent smarter based on collective learnings. It’s the difference between reactive damage control and proactive management.
How Has Wayfound Evolved Or Scaled Throughout 2025, and What Milestones Stand Out From This Year?
2025 proved that proper AI agent management changes what enterprises can accomplish. We’ve achieved triple-digit revenue growth while our customers deploy agents 3x faster than industry averages, with the confidence that those agents are working safely and aligned with company priorities.
At Sauce Labs, agent usage by customers nearly doubled while knowledge gaps and guideline violations were dramatically reduced. That gave them enough confidence to shift resources from reactive customer service to building three new revenue-generating agentic products. The work changed from “answering customer questions” to “developing new business models powered by AI.” At Ardmore Road, a hedge fund with $1B assets under management, AI agent adoption jumped from 20% to 90% with positive ROI in under 90 days. Financial advisors stopped spending time on data analysis because their agents handle that now, focusing instead on client relationships and strategic guidance.
In June, Wayfound became an AI Agent Monitoring Partner for Salesforce’s Agentforce 3. This partnership validated that our supervision approach is becoming the industry standard as enterprises scale their AI operations. We’re also leading the working group on open standards for AI agent observability with Agency Collective, ensuring the future we’re building is interoperable and open. But what matters most is seeing companies cut deployment timelines from months to weeks and accelerate critical decisions from months to days.
What Are Your Strategic Priorities for 2026, and How Do You Plan To Build On Your Current Momentum?
2026 is about establishing AI agent oversight as non-negotiable business infrastructure. Companies finishing their 2026 budgets right now risk missing critical supervision capabilities, and we’re positioned to be the default management layer as enterprises move from experimentation to production deployment at scale.
Our immediate priority is leveraging regulatory urgency. Companies need supervision infrastructure in place now, not scrambling to retrofit it later. We’re also capitalising on the shift to voice-based agents, where the stakes for accuracy are exponentially higher than text-based interactions.
Technically, we’re advancing our closed-loop supervision through Model Context Protocol, where agents can query quality guidelines before starting work and iterate automatically until they meet quality thresholds. This moves the industry from reactive analysis to proactive prevention. We’re also expanding our Guardian Agent capabilities, making insights from past failures directly accessible to agents before they act.
The bigger strategic play is evangelising the multisapiens workplace concept. Enterprises executing holistic AI strategies are already seeing 20%+ lifts in stock price, while those falling behind won’t catch up. We’re not just selling software, we’re helping define how the future of work actually functions when humans and AI agents collaborate effectively. That’s the momentum we’re building on: being the infrastructure layer that makes that transformation possible.
