With no accessible solution on the market, she started building a system that could fulfill her operational needs with her partner and tech entrepreneur, Tymen van Dyl, and in 2017 RoomRaccoon was born.
The software proved to be a game changer for Bliss Hotel, drawing attention from other hotels in the region. The demand for this all-in-one solution became evident, leading to the official launch of RoomRaccoon in January 2017. Within six months, over 100 hotels had adopted the platform.
