Looped was launched in 2025 to solve one of healthcare’s most persistent and overlooked problems: patient care and education after clinical visits. While technology has advanced how patients book appointments or access telehealth, very little has changed when it comes to follow-through on care plans. Patients often leave clinics unsure of next steps, overwhelmed with information, or lacking the tools and support to stay on track. Looped addresses this gap with a new kind of patient engagement platform that combines short-form video education with interactive tools and digital incentives.
What began as a concept built with direct input from clinic owners and medical staff has grown into a platform now used in over 100 clinics across 20+ states. Looped was designed from day one to be intuitive for both patients and providers, with a clean interface and plug-and-play content created by licensed experts. Clinics use Looped to guide patients through treatment protocols including GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy, dermatology, dentistry, physical medicine, and more.
The company faced early challenges convincing clinics that patients would actually engage with content between visits. To overcome this, Looped worked closely with early adopters to gather data and refine its behavioural approach, using feedback loops and performance analytics to increase engagement rates. The team also prioritised seamless onboarding for clinics, knowing that ease of implementation would be key to widespread adoption.
