Magnolia is a leading mitigation provider that works extensively with renewable energy developers across the United States. Since 2016, we have provided compensatory mitigation and voluntary conservation solutions for more than 80 projects, including a variety of large-scale renewable energy projects. In total, Magnolia has successfully restored and conserved over 18,000 acres of at-risk species habitat across fourteen states, which included the site acquisition, financing, planning, permitting, implementation, and monitoring of dozens of approved sites.
By working collaboratively with private landowners and businesses across the country, we are pioneering a new era of environmental stewardship. At Magnolia, we believe that environmental conservation and economic development can support one another.
