Rob and the team created e2e-assure’s SOC Channel App with Microsoft first organisations in mind, reducing the need for multi-platform logins and giving cyber security leaders visibility of their cyber posture at any time, anywhere. Plugging directly into CUMULO, customers can view their security dashboard and respond to tickets from any device through a familiar interface. The app also provides a self service AI chat bot to quickly answer questions customers might have, but for more urgent matters there is a chat function to speak directly to the companies SC-cleared UK based analysts.
