Driven by its passion for empowering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, Bridewell established the Bridewell Academy, a programme designed to recruit and train entry-level talent. The Academy offers an 18-month fixed-term contract that provides individuals with the opportunity to launch a career in cybersecurity, with no prior experience required. This initiative makes a career in cyber more accessible and rewarding for many.
Bridewell also has a dedicated Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team that collects insights from its in-house threat research as well as a range of open, private and trusted sources to provide in-depth, insightful intelligence reports on current and emerging attacks relevant to the CNI sector. Its proprietary Cybiquity platform fuses threat intelligence, incident response data and compliance metrics into one dashboard for faster, more strategic decision-making. As one of Microsoft’s first UK Copilot for Security partners, Bridewell has pioneered AI-enabled services across threat detection, phishing defence, and response automation. It is also the UK’s first carbon-negative cybersecurity firm, integrating environmental innovation into its operations.
