LegalVision is a tech-driven commercial law firm committed to improving access to business legal services in England and Wales.
We first established ourselves in Australia in 2012 and have now evolved into a full-service firm offering affordable, ongoing legal support through our unique membership subscription.
We now operate throughout Australia, New Zealand, and earlier this year launched our first ever UK office in Manchester.
Clients, especially those in start-ups and SMEs, choose us because we offer unlimited document drafting and reviews, legal advice consultations and trade marks from our experienced in-house lawyers for an affordable weekly fee. This means they can focus on growing their business instead of worrying about legal bills.

What’s the idea behind the company?
We offer clients unlimited commercial legal services for an affordable weekly fee, taking away any cost uncertainty. Businesses now have access to a legal team whenever they need, rather than needing to pay by the hour, or finding different firms for different jobs.
We also have a team of in-house developers who have built a tech stack that is designed to increase the efficiency of our lawyers and improve the client experience for our members. All of this helps us to respond to a full range of commercial law needs within short time frames.

How has the company evolved in the past few years?
LegalVision started life as an online legal documents business. Our early adopters loved our user-friendly documents but wanted more from their legal services provider, so a few months later, we started helping our clients to find legal support through an online marketplace.
We have always been passionate about offering our clients the best service we can, so our next move was a natural one.
Two years after our inception, we established LegalVision as an incorporated legal practice. This allowed us to provide fixed-fee legal services directly to our clients rather than through independent providers.
Our passion for evolving and growing to meet the demands of our customers led to our next big change in 2019, when we transitioned to a membership model.
The majority of our clients are now members, which provides unlimited consultations with our lawyers, unlimited contract drafting and trade mark registration.
What can we expect to see from LegalVision in the future?
We are always listening to our clients and thinking of new ways to evolve to meet their needs.
On the back of our expansion into England and Wales earlier this year, our vision is now to build an international network of local firms and bring our model of cost effective, accessible, quality legal services to businesses.
