How did you come up with the idea for the company?

 

Back in 2014, most brands still saw social media as an afterthought. We saw its real potential — as the cultural connector for younger generations, where communities form and trends are born.

That insight became the foundation of Pulse Advertising: building brand communities that create belonging. When people feel understood, they don’t just buy — they connect, stay loyal, and advocate. That belief still drives us today.

Pulse Advertising delivers end-to-end social media solutions for global enterprise clients — from strategy and content to influencer marketing, paid media, and social commerce — all tied directly to business results.

We deliver predictable, measurable growth. What sets us apart is the way we unite human creativity and cultural insight with AI-powered technology that standardises success measurement and makes impact fully transparent.

What most excites you about the industry?

 

The pace of change. Social media evolves faster than any other space in marketing, which means there is never a dull moment. Trends, formats, and platforms change overnight, and what works today might be irrelevant tomorrow. For us, that’s exciting because it rewards agility, creativity, and boldness.

The rise of AI is another game-changer that is breaking down barriers that used to limit creativity and reach. Language, for example, is becoming less of a boundary as AI translation tools improve. This creates an incredible opportunity for brands to act globally while still being relevant locally.

 

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve had to overcome along the way?

 

Scaling from two founders to 125+ people in 11 offices worldwide has been exciting — but also our biggest challenge: how do you make sure someone in London, Milan, or Shanghai feels part of the same team?

Our answer is culture. We’ve built a workplace where people feel a true sense of belonging. Openness to diversity and different perspectives is what drives us — and what enables our teams to thrive while staying true to our DNA.

 

What is your number one piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?

 

Don’t build with a Plan B. Entrepreneurship is hard, unpredictable, and often uncomfortable. If you give yourself an easy exit, you’ll take it when things get tough. The only way to succeed is to commit fully – to believe in your vision so strongly that you are willing to ride out the ups and downs.

At the same time, surround yourself with people who complement your skills and challenge your thinking. Building Pulse Advertising has shown me again and again that success doesn’t come from one person’s brilliance, but from a team aligned on purpose, values, and execution.

 

What can we hope to see from Pulse Advertising in the future?

 

We will continue to push the boundaries of what social media can do for brands. That means expanding our AI-powered technology to make results even more transparent, integrating social commerce solutions to directly connect campaigns to sales, and producing content that not only engages but converts.

You can also expect us to keep growing internationally. With our presence across Europe, North America, and Asia, we’re uniquely positioned to deliver on the ever changing needs of our clients.
