Tell us about Hair Syrup
Hair Syrup is a natural haircare brand born from a passion for effective, affordable, and results-driven products. What started as a personal experiment blending oils to revive my own hair has grown into a cult-favorite brand with a dedicated community.
Our treatments are designed to nourish the scalp, promote healthy hair growth, and restore shine, all while championing sustainability and accessibility.
How did you come up with the idea for the company?
The idea for Hair Syrup came from my own hair struggles. A few years ago, I noticed how dry and damaged my hair had become, so I started experimenting with oil blends. When I shared my results online, people were eager to try the formulas, and I saw an opportunity to turn my homemade treatments into a business.
What makes Hair Syrup unique is its viral, community-led growth. The brand was built on real results, customer testimonials, and a strong social media presence rather than traditional marketing.

What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Start before you’re ready. If you wait for the perfect moment, you’ll never begin. I started Hair Syrup from my kitchen with no formal business experience – just a belief in my product and a willingness to learn as I went.
The most important thing is to listen to your customers, adapt quickly, and be open to evolving. Also, don’t underestimate the power of social media – it has been instrumental in growing Hair Syrup into what it is today.
What most excites you about Hair Syrup?
The most exciting part of Hair Syrup is seeing how much our customers genuinely love and believe in the products. Every time someone shares their hair transformation, it reminds me why I started. We’re also constantly innovating, and the upcoming rebrand marks a huge milestone for us. With this refresh, we’re taking the brand to the next level and making our products even more accessible to new audiences.
How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
Hair Syrup has grown from a small side project into a widely recognised brand, stocked in major retailers like Boots, Beauty Bay, and Superdrug. The demand has been incredible, and we’ve expanded our product range to cater to different hair concerns. Social media has played a huge role in our journey, with TikTok helping to drive viral moments that have introduced Hair Syrup to millions. Now, with our upcoming rebrand, we’re refining our identity and preparing for international expansion.
What can we hope to see from Hair Syrup in the future?
The next step for Hair Syrup is global growth. We’re looking to expand into the US and Australian markets while continuing to develop new, innovative products that meet the needs of our community. The rebrand will also reflect a more refined and premium look while maintaining our strong connection to our customers. Hair Syrup has always been about real results and real people, and that will remain at the heart of everything we do.”
