How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

Over the last couple of years we’ve moved from concentrating on building an operating model and infrastructure to enable responsible growth and scaling, to executing on our plans and growing our client base and delivery expert capabilities. We’ve been working very successfully with many clients for over 8 years already, but we were able to treble in size last year from the prior year and we’re on track for significant growth again this year.

Our senior leadership team is also growing and maturing in line with what we’re hearing from clients and market intelligence.
