TaTiO is a competency-based sourcing platform that assesses candidates using smart simulations. Hiring teams can reach an updated pool of qualified, available and relevant candidates, ranked based on their competencies alone and matched to Paramount’s general requirements.
Using our platform, recruiters can improve their hiring funnels and reach an untapped pool of candidates that they could not reach before. With an objective, transparent and inclusive recruiting process from the top of the funnel, recruiters can view current and new candidates in a new light.

How did you come up with the idea for the company and what makes TaTiO unique?
After 15 years of research and practice in the HR field, I was becoming and more frustrated with the fact that resumes remain the main recruiting tool. We live in a world where skills don’t matter — only credentials.
In 2019, I, along with Mor Panfil, our COO, founded TaTiO to create a fairer recruitment and hiring process. Our CTO, Nir Familier, joined shortly after to head the technological side of the company.
Although resumes are effective, they can exclude entire populations from the job market. It’s not just underrepresented populations – they exclude those with a lack of experience and candidates who are in the midst of a career change. Our uniqueness stems from the fact that both Mor and I come from the industry and our true familiarity with recruiting issues. We took our own experience into creating a viable solution for the current and future market of job seekers and employers.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
TaTiO was founded 3 years ago. In the past year, we began our operations with paying customers who embrace the idea of hiring without using a resume. We’ve recently launched the Simulation Editor – with the Editor, employers can create any simulation they wish without coding.
We will soon be able to produce competency-based sourcing processes for any position, scaling across markets.
What can we hope to see from TaTiO in the future?
We’ve started with recruiting and sourcing, but our main objective is to create a new job-matching standard that will accompany an employee from the recruiting phase throughout their entire life-cycle in an organisation. We aim to include reskilling and upskilling competencies-based simulations as well.
Competency-based sourcing and hiring straighten the line, will end exclusion and create a diverse workforce, which will ultimately create a stronger economy.
