Cybint is a global cyber education company with a commitment to reskilling the workforce and upskilling the industry in cybersecurity. With innovative and leading-edge education and training solutions, Cybint tackles cybersecurity’s two greatest threats: the talent shortage and the skills gap.
The cybersecurity industry is projected to triple year over year through 2022, yet the workforce shortage still stands at millions worldwide.
Cybint partners with universities and organizations to deliver the current and future workforce with the knowledge and skills to defend against cybercrime and cyberattacks. We have the solutions to fuel the next-generation of cyber professionals.
In addition to our turnkey, cybersecurity education solutions, Cybint partners receive marketing and sales resources, technical support, and a dedicated representative from our team.
Our team is comprised of military cyber experts, industry professionals, and MIT educators united under the vision of creating a safer digital world through education, training, and collaboration. Cybint understands that any mission worth working toward starts with collaboration. Over the years, we have been working across the globe with education partners to bring the best cybersecurity learning solutions and skills to their communities.

How did you come up with the idea for the company?
I was in the Cyber Unit for the Israeli Defense Forces. As a major, my main challenge was to train new cadets with no prior experience to become advanced Cyber and Intelligence Specialists.
After over a decade of fine-tuning our training methodology, I launched Cybint. The workforce shortage in cybersecurity is now over 4 million worldwide. Amazing careers in this field are plentiful, but the number of skilled professionals has never caught up.
We started partnering with Higher Education and training facilities in the earlier years of Cybint and have since launched cyber bootcamps all over the United States, Europe, and Asia. Our bootcamper job placement rate is over 90%, and we’re very proud to be making a difference.
The Cybint Bootcamp is a remote cybersecurity training program designed to successfully prepare people with little or no background in IT for entry-level jobs in cybersecurity. This is done using a mix of live video classroom sessions and online self-paced activities. It takes three months to complete on a full-time basis, and six months to complete when done part-time.
Graduates of the Cybint Bootcamp are encouraged to apply to a variety of positions that are in-demand and meet their new skillset. These positions include Cyber Forensics Analyst, Network Operations Specialist, Cyber Analyst, Cyber Incident Responder, and Cyber Infrastructure Support Specialist.

What advice would you give to other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Get focused. There are a lot of different paths you can take a startup, but make sure your actions and decisions stay true to where you want to take your company.
What can we hope to see from Cybint in the future?
There are quite a few avenues we can take as we scale, however we plan to stay true to our mission of tackling the workforce shortage and skills gap through skills learning and collaboration. With that said, we plan to offer the Cybint Bootcamp in more locations worldwide through our partners and expand the cybersecurity roles we train for.
