How did you come up with the idea for the company?

 

My background is in software development, and over the years I have seen many technology projects succeed and fail, for a variety of reasons! I co-founded Spyrosoft to bring the best of my experience to help other companies create world-class digital solutions. I believe we stand out in the technology services sector by addressing the unique challenges faced by smaller businesses, especially start-ups and scale-ups, who may be struggling with limited in-house technical expertise in areas such as big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and bespoke software development. 

We provide tailored support to help our clients navigate these challenges, collaborating closely at every stage to understand their needs and goals. Our strategy encompasses not only solutions but also guidance, enabling clients to make informed decisions.  By fostering long-term partnerships, Spyrosoft positions itself as a trusted ally, aiming to help SME’s thrive and become a leader in supporting entrepreneurial success. What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?

 

I believe in the importance of your personal network. Never underestimate how crucial this network is to your success. When you start your business, make sure to inform everyone about what you’re doing and how you can help others. In a service-based business, particularly, your success will depend on effective communication and being recognised as a problem solver.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years

 

Over the last couple of years, Spyrosoft has experienced significant growth. We have launched many projects with some impressive large-scale clients, which has allowed us to test and enhance our business processes.

As our business grows, the scope of our work has increased as well. We have embraced AI, opened new UK offices in London and Manchester, introduced new business units such as LegalTech and initiated an ambitious acquisition program that has successfully welcomed Codibly SA and Better Software Group SA into the Spyrosoft Group of companies. 

 

What can we hope to see from Spyrosoft in the future? 

 

As I look to the future, Spyrosoft will increase its brand awareness in the UK and aim to solidify its position as a rapidly growing global technology services company.
