ManageEngine is the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation. Established and emerging enterprises—including 9 of every 10 Fortune 100 organisations—rely on ManageEngine’s real-time IT management tools to ensure optimal performance of their IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, endpoints and more.

ManageEngine has offices worldwide, including in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, India, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, Japan, China and Australia, as well as 200+ global partners to help organisations tightly align their business and IT.

What do you think makes ManageEngine unique?

ManageEngine offers a comprehensive suite of products for enterprises to manage their IT infrastructure, covering IT service management, unified endpoint management and security, identity and access management, IT operations management, security information and event management, and IT analytics for both on-premises and cloud models.

This gives customers the flexibility to choose products based on their business requirements. Having been built completely from scratch using the same framework, the product suite extends seamless, contextual integrations.

This helps organisations manage their IT infrastructure holistically, automate repetitive tasks, and empower their IT to better align with their business.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

As most organisations continue with the hybrid work model, a seamless digital experience is important for them to succeed. With increasing cloud adoption resulting in data being accessed outside the network, the role of IT has completely evolved towards providing a secure, stable infrastructure to support remote work.

Based on these market demands, we at ManageEngine have aligned our product strategy to help organisations with various IT functions, like remote work enablement, remote access and security, remote task automation, remote IT service monitoring, and remote work monitoring.

This helps organisations implement the right tools and strategies to support business continuity.

What does the future of IT look like for the UK?

Due to the pandemic, it has become crucial for organisations to focus on IT. It is imperative for IT to become more democratised and empowered.

We believe the important statistics derived from our IT at Work: 2022 and Beyond survey shed light on the current scenario in the United Kingdom market and draw attention to the factors that require immediate action.
