You’ve led several companies through growth and innovation before co-founding BridgeWise. What experiences from past ventures shaped how you approach leadership at BridgeWise?
We learned early at BridgeWise that innovation and scalable growth only works when it is supported by structure and teamwork. Moving fast is important, but so is building something with strong foundations that can last. At BridgeWise, we focus on creating a culture where everyone understands both the pace of a start-up and the responsibility that comes with it. From day one, we agreed that compliance and transparency would be part of every decision we make, not just a box for the product team to tick when taking a new solution to market. For instance, when we design new tools, our technology, research, and commercial teams sit together to make sure every feature can stand up to rigorous compliance standards while supporting an exceptional investor experience.
It can be easy for innovation to lose its direction when teams work in silos or chase trends, at BridgeWise, we know that collaboration and shared accountability across teams lead to better outcomes. Whether it is refining our AI models, testing data accuracy, or shaping client partnerships, everyone plays a role in keeping us both innovative and reliable. Leadership means creating the environment where that kind of collective effort can thrive.

BridgeWise has been recognised as a global leader in AI for investments and was just named on CB Insights’ 2025 Fintech 100. What do you think sets your approach to AI apart from other players in the fintech space?
Our approach to AI has been intentional from day one; we built our models specifically for financial and investment data, not as a generic AI repurposed for financial needs. From the beginning of our development, we’ve focused on explainability and compliance for each model/product, rather than treating them as afterthoughts. We designed BridgeWise as a global-first platform to allow our insights to be delivered in any language and tailored across all markets.
BridgeWise is also uniquely dedicated to accessibility and transparency, we want our technology to empower the individual investor, not only the professionals. As a result, we work hard to ensure that every single output our system generates comes with clear, explainable reasoning behind it, so individuals and professionals can trust and verify the insights themselves.
Transparency and regulatory compliance are core to BridgeWise’s AI technology. Why do you think “explainable AI” is so critical in financial decision-making, and how do you make that a reality in your products?
Financial decisions directly affect people’s livelihoods, so when your technology provides investment insights and recommendations, they must be traceable and explainable.
From a compliance standpoint, this allows for financial institutions and regulators to understand the logic behind our solutions and to ensure that it is sound, data-based, and aligns with their rigorous standards.
On the investor side, we provide decision supporting tools, making trust crucial. Trust is everything in investments, if users can’t see the reasoning, they won’t believe the results – just like they wouldn’t if a professional adviser couldn’t explain the logic behind their recommendations. Trust drives adoption; lack of transparency kills credibility in investments.
Every insight we share can be traced and understood, providing the clarity needed to ensure compliance while building confidence with customers and helping bridge the gap between advanced technology and responsible decision-making.
BridgeWise serves over 50 institutional clients and 25 million end users worldwide. How do you design technology that can deliver value both to institutions and to individual investors in different markets and languages?
BridgeWise’s multi-language support and local regulatory alignment ensure we can serve users across markets effectively. Additionally, our solutions can be integrated via API for customised deployments that align with a platform’s needs. Our flagship product Bridget™ can also use each platform’s proprietary data to adapt and provide responses tailored for their user base.
Products like StockWise, FundWise, and Bridget™ aim to simplify how people interact with financial data. How do you see them evolving in the next few years?
Our products FundWise, StockWise, and AltWise all form the foundation of BridgeWise; we like to call them the “brain” behind the intelligence we offer customers across asset classes.
As we work to set a new standard for investor experience, the insights and intelligence we provide will continue to improve, but so will the delivery of the decision support experience. For example, investors can already access StockWise insights and recommendations through the instant and engaging chat experience offered by Bridget™. As we continue to develop our solutions, we will focus on making the experience of accessing investment intelligence as personalised, intuitive, and supportive as possible.
The strategic vision for our AI-driven products is to become trusted and transparent partners across the entire investment journey for all, helping to simplify complexity while maintaining depth.
Looking ahead, do you see AI agents playing a role in investment decision-making?
Absolutely.
AI agents will soon act as active co-pilots in the investment process rather than just passive information-gathering tools. They’ll move on from providing reactive insights to being predictive and sharing strategic recommendations that enhance the investor or adviser’s choices. At BridgeWise, we wholeheartedly believe that the collaboration between people and AI will transform how portfolios are built and managed.
The key, however, lies in maintaining trust, transparency, and compliance when relying on AI agents. It’s an exciting step toward a future of smarter and more equitable investing.
