In our ideal world, marketing departments are their CEOs’ top revenue partner. So, when a recession threatens, CEOs will consider expense reductions in other areas rather than slashing the marketing budget. Companies will also expand quicker and be more resilient to volatile market fluctuations as a result of this strategy.

What do you think makes this company unique?

 
The accessibility of our platform makes us particularly unique. We created our company specifically for mid-sized eCommerce companies and impact-driven marketing teams but our offering can be beneficial to businesses of every size. It is the platform for all businesses and all people.

We were also founded in Poland, which gives us access to a range of opportunities. Poland is already developing into a prosperous start-up ecosystem and we are uniquely positioned to lead this, as we aim to distribute to the western European marketing tech space.
 

 

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

 
We’ve grown the company by roughly 50% a year since 2012. At the end of 2021, we partnered with two outstanding UK-based PEs, SilverTree and Perwyn. I am confident that with these partnerships and the help of our consumers, we will shape the future of eCommerce.

In addition to this, we have recently made additions to our senior executive team to drive fourfold growth across Europe. This includes a VP of Sales, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief People Officer, to help grow the company from 20 to 100 million Euro revenues in the next four years and become the European leader in customer engagement. This growth will also see us expand into new markets including the UK, DACH, Nordics and Benelux.
 

What can we hope to see from SALESmanago in the future?

 
As one of the only independent vendors in the industry, we see a tremendous opportunity to be a partner of marketing teams within mid-size companies, excelling at flexibility, agility, innovation, best TCO, and delivering best-in-class conversion rates.

We want to make a customer data platform more accessible to smaller businesses. We know they have a fantastic opportunity to use customer data, and we want to assist them in doing so while approaching their marketing in a lean manner. Marketing has been seen as a luxury item for too long by the CEO. Now it needs to be an essential and be able to shout, not just demonstrate, ROI.

Our analytics and industry analysis indicate that an increasing number of businesses will adopt an end-to-end strategy in order to concentrate more on their customers rather than fighting to integrate new tools. In order to reduce the anxiety and tension associated with putting new ideas into practice, we are going to lead this integration to deliver everything the sales and marketing team needs, and more.
