How did you come up with the idea for the company?
The initial idea for Property Raptor was formed in 2018. I was having a catch-up with a friend of mine who runs a global agency. He reached out to me because he wanted my help in finding a team capable of creating a software platform that would allow his agents to be more productive.
As we were discussing his needs, we realised that there was a gap in the market for software that was specifically built to help run real estate agencies. No such software existed in Asia at the time, and it was generally a very unsaturated market globally. Most agencies are trying to use generic software to run their real estate business which does not work as well. So, the idea of Property Raptor was born.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
In the beginning, we tailored our services to suit the requirements of our first client. As the company got bigger and our client roster grew, we had the chance to learn and study the way the agents used the product and saw what changes and developments were needed to be made to the platform.
After just 12 months, a commercial version of Property Raptor was ready to be shown to the market. We first started with the residential market agencies and then moved into commercial real estate. We now have clients ranging from small agencies to internationally renowned property firms including Savills, JLL, Century 21, Remax, and Chestertons.
What can we hope to see from Property Raptor in the future?
We are currently working on a lot of exciting plans to help transform the proptech market. Global connectivity and relationships have always existed in the real estate space and we know the demand for such an evolution will be huge in the coming years.
This is why over the past 12 months we have been developing a blockchain-based marketplace platform to connect Property Raptor users together. This allows buyers and agents to interact with each other in a multi-faceted approach, building crucial industry relationships and improving customer service.
