Yao is a legal practice and case management system that has emerged from the frustrations experienced by two entrepreneurial law firm managing partners, Col and Natasha. After encountering three inadequate and expensive practice management systems in their early years of running a law firm, they decided to take matters into their own hands and create a solution that would revolutionize the way lawyers work. How did you come up with the idea for the company?
