Tell us about Superson
Superson is not an agency but more like an operating system. Our mission is to help growth companies and ambitious brands expand their global reach. Rather than relying on a fixed in-house team, we assemble the best possible talent team for each client project, tailored to the client’s specific needs and working together until the job is done.
This allows us to be truly unbiased in our approach and recommendations, why use the bench you have when you can build a dedicated squad for the job at hand?
What do you think makes Superson unique?
The core of what makes Superson unique is our non-biased ideology. We are not tied to any particular talent or services, so we can honestly advise clients on the best solutions, even if that means recommending something outside of our own capabilities.
This allows us to truly put the client’s needs first. To build on this, our ability to quickly scale up global teams to support clients’ growth ambitions is a key differentiator that makes us a lot more than a creative agency. We can do that function but also consult, guide, and deliver on growth beyond advertising.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
Over the past few years, Superson has evolved to position itself more as the aforementioned Operating System for growth, rather than a traditional agency. We’ve expanded into new markets like Singapore and Amsterdam, and have developed our own proprietary tech platform to better support our global client work.
The core of our model, assembling the best talent teams remains, but we’ve refined our processes and offerings to be even more impactful for ambitious, growth-oriented brands.
What can we hope to see from Superson in the future?
In the future, you can expect to see Superson continuing to expand our global footprint, identifying new hubs where we can best support our clients’ growth ambitions – we can already do what we do anywhere but establishing these hubs gives us a strong footing in a region to really drive that work forwards. We’ll also be investing heavily in developing our technology platform to make our clients’ lives easier and their growth more efficient. Ultimately, our goal is to be the go-to partner for any brand looking to scale up internationally in a fast, agile and unbiased way. Hopefully, they will learn a bit along the way and enjoy the process, I know we do.
