What do you think makes this company unique?

What makes Amdaris unique is our blend of UK resources and dedicated, world-class, nearshore development teams. We have an excellent company culture, a collaborative approach and a one-team mentality. We truly care about building great partnerships with our clients and about helping them to imagine the impossible and achieve their dreams.

We use tried-and-tested processes to ensure swift onboarding and knowledge transfer and carry out regular internal and external audits that allow us to identify and mitigate potential risks before they happen. We take regular NPS scores to make sure we are fulfilling each client’s needs and that they feel confident throughout the process.

Our commercial model is flexible, which allows clients to save time and budget and delivers high-quality results. We champion diversity, whether that’s through the technologies we use, the skills we provide, the countries we operate in or our focus on balancing gender inequality in the tech industry.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

In recent years, we’ve expanded into more locations in Europe and increased the size of the team in our UK headquarters. We’ve started to offer new services, additional skills and even more technologies. Our teams now include Product Designers, Product Owners and BAs.

The diversity of the services we offer and the reputation we’ve built have enabled us to gain the trust of an increasing number of larger enterprise customers. This has led to average growth of 40% year on year and this figure is expected to double in 2022.

What can we hope to see from Amdaris in the future?

We will soon be doubling the size of our UK office in Bristol, with 100+ professionals providing services to the UK and the rest of the world. We’ll also be expanding our Eastern European offices and opening more centres in new territories. We aim to provide even more services, including more consultancy, and to employ 1,500 engineers by the end of 2022.

Our commitment to CSR will not only continue but ramp up. In-line with our area of expertise, we are invested in widening higher education opportunities in IT, with a particular emphasis on women in technology. We will do this by continuing to financially support internships and educational opportunities in the countries where we have delivery centres, to positively impact the wider communities that we are part of.

Protecting the environment is also a top priority and we aim to be carbon positive in the near future. We will continue to plant trees in every single country in which we operate. This year, we still planted trees in Ukraine, despite the country being in the middle of a war. We also pledged to the IT community, offering jobs to Ukrainian refugees. In the years to come, we will invest an even higher percentage of our revenue in CSR activities.
