How did you come up with the idea for the company?
I began my career in network technology but saw there was a gap in the market. I’d read a textbook that said “… you’ve got to do something different” so we challenged popular thinking as I believed, and still do, that the IT services industry needed shaking up. Large global corporate organisations need an agile practical partner they can trust to manage their global IT and deliver real commercial advantage – one that’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
The company is built on the principle aim to enable global corporate organisations to serve their own clients better by acting as a unique and highly practical business partner, through which they can optimally source and apply leading-edge, networking technologies.
We focus on long-term relationships across a smaller number of clients with a deep qualification process to ensure a good partnership fit for the delivery of highly bespoke engagements.

How has the company evolved during the pandemic?
The IT services market is at a real point of change – with cloud-based solutions, as-a-service solutions, utility-based pricing, change in barriers to finance and companies requiring multi-national resourcing and networking solutions. Add a generation-defining global pandemic, which has seen businesses forced to quickly adopt new initiatives and technologies to ensure employee safety while maintaining productivity, and the technology landscape is more complex and challenging than ever.
Businesses are now looking at implementing a hybrid work model, or a mix of both at-home and in-office environments, which introduces a new set of productivity challenges for our customers. NSC Global’s new Cableless Enterprise, launched last month, was developed to support this new hybrid workforce with secure and seamless connectivity.
The launch of Cableless Enterprise follows the expansion of our portfolio of integrated Managed Workplace Service (MWS), at the beginning of 2020, with Anytime, Anywhere -helping our customers increase business productivity by enabling equal collaboration through a secure digital workplace – regardless of location.
What can we hope to see from NSC Global in the future?
NSC Global will remain an agile organisation – with global reach. We will continue to focus on developing relationships with a small number of global market-leading companies, and delivering agile enterprise-grade IT solutions and world class customer services that help our customers grow their operations effectively – while enabling the flexibility to quickly respond and adapt to new ways of working.
