Krazimo is an AI engineering company that builds systems businesses can trust with important work. We have shipped production AI across legal, fintech, edtech, insurance and hospitality, but our deepest work is in healthcare.
Our flagship healthcare engagement is with Jason Emer MD, a leading medical aesthetics practice in Beverly Hills. Patient inquiries arrived through Instagram, SMS, email, phone and web forms, while records lived across Salesforce and ModMed. Leads were leaking at every seam, and in aesthetic medicine response time decides everything: a patient who does not hear back quickly simply books with the clinic down the street.
We built the practice a unified provider portal: every lead, conversation, appointment, consent form and analytics view in one place, sitting on top of the existing Salesforce and ModMed systems rather than replacing them. An AI concierge now answers Instagram inquiries in moments, qualifies each lead and routes it into the CRM with full context. Response turnaround got faster, lead leakage dropped, and the team gained a single operational view of the entire practice.
Healthcare is where our engineering philosophy et-facing ships without guardrails: rule-based access to data, audit trails on every action, and humans reviewing anything with clinical or legal weight. AI autonomy is earned in stages, never granted on day one.
I have also worked with UCSF on a tool that supports therapists during patient evaluation. As a patient responds, the system surfaces clinical research relevant to what the therapist is hearing — a genuinely hard generative AI problem, since relevance in a live therapeutic conversation is subtle and the cost of noise is high. The therapist stays in charge of every judgement; the AI simply does the reading no human has time for.
The same discipline runs through our other healthcare-adjacent work, from voice agents that ensure a practice never misses a patient call to automation that keeps front-desk teams focused on the people in the room rather than the backlog on the screen.
