About The Weight Care Clinic
I founded The Weight Care Clinic in 2026 because I wanted to change the way obesity and metabolic health are treated. As a doctor, I saw too many patients being offered either medication alone or generic lifestyle advice, without the long term support needed to create lasting change. I believed there had to be a better way.
I built a doctor led, CQC registered clinic that combines evidence based medicine with nutrition, behaviour change and personalised care. Every patient receives an individual treatment plan because no two people, or their health journeys, are the same.
Building the business has not been easy. I launched the clinic while training in the NHS, becoming a new mum and navigating the challenges of growing a healthcare startup. Securing funding, building a regulated service and earning patient trust has required resilience, but it has also strengthened my determination to improve healthcare.
Technology has allowed us to deliver high quality, accessible care across the UK through virtual consultations and digital patient pathways, making expert medical support available regardless of location. We are now expanding into preventative healthcare, private GP services and our RESET Series, which combines medical expertise with education and lifestyle medicine to help people improve their health before disease develops.
Alongside caring for patients, I am passionate about public education. Through national television, radio, newspapers and magazines, I regularly speak about obesity, GLP 1 medications, womens health, menopause and preventative medicine. My goal is to tackle misinformation, reduce stigma and ensure people have access to trustworthy medical advice.
My vision is to build one of the UK leading health technology companies for preventative and metabolic healthcare, combining innovation with compassionate, evidence based medicine. I believe technology should enhance healthcare, not replace the human connection, and I want to make high quality personalised care accessible to more people across the UK.
